What's Wrong?

Let a = b
Multiply by a a.a = a.b
Subtract b.b a.a - b.b = a.b - b.b
Factor (a+b)(a-b) = b(a-b)
Divide by (a-b) a+b = b
Now since a=b 2b = b
Which means that 2 = 1
